Far Away

My fate entwined with imprisoning walls
punished so drearily, for my sake!
A plethora of droning words
with wisdom dripping so soundly,
sliding past my deafened ears.
I untie my mind and wander free
through lying windows, afar i see
a flying world of colours untouched
as many miles away as my time to clutch . . .
