Artitude International is a 501(c)(3) organization whose primary objectives and purposes are to use the arts to promote peace and goodwill between all people. Using creative media as a platform for celebration, we connect diverse nationalities and cultures and encourage world artists and their constituencies to share constructive, creative energies and appreciation for each other.
The goal of Artitude International is to bring together artists each year who will learn about art — taking an idea from concept to reality and gaining an increased understanding of their talents and the power of imagination. Artitude will guide these artists to work with mentors to develop and mature their talents and eventually create professional art products and orchestrated performances. Promotion of these products and performances, in addition to inspiring and highlighting diversity and inclusion, will work towards an increase in equity for cultures, promote peace in humanity, and generate donations and contributions.
Beginning with the City of Dreams Project in 2013, Artitude is working to develop a dynamic and expansive Board of Directors, in addition to a myriad of consultants, volunteer mentors and active supporters. Creative Directors Bonita & Richard Zeier lead the organization and are currently expanding the program.

ARTITUDE — WORKS CLOSELY WITH ZO MAGAZINE — and is Sponsor for ZO’s Annual Creative Expos
ZO Magazine’s goal is to have an active CREATIVE CONNECTION in each of the cities of the world to share positive creative information from a global perspective and include at the forefront “Good News” and things that forward us all, as a human collective. In addition to ARTISTS, we feature a host of designers, and many creative types — including chefs, MUSICIANS, POETS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, and multi-disciplinary creators that fall outside of these categories. Connections to those we work closely with can be found at: ZO Creative.
Artitude creates events that showcase different types of art. We often partner with other artistic organizations to produce the events.
Creative event spaces, which are a combination of art exhibits and performance spaces are a signature of our nonprofit. Our past creative event spaces include “CAb” (Crenshaw Arts Building) in Inglewood, CA, and NoHo Creative Space in North Hollywood, CA.
Unique art exhibitions and performances at these facilities provided instructional classes, performance training, as well as social and community engagement. These creative event spaces became an inspiration to those attending in person. It also created an ongoing audience that can share, contribute, and grow from these events. Artistic content created from these events remains online through video and on the published pages of ZO Magazine.
“Creativity Can Change the World” is a favorite catchphrase for Artitude and everyone who works with us. Toward the goal of using that creativity to its maximum potential, we have a structured platform to host a globally interactive network of artists supporting other artists.
Our gatherings are learning experiences for all of us as we encourage and share accumulated information from the diverse backgrounds of participants and attendees. We also organize specific training for young artists as well as those who want to expand their craft on varying levels (e.g., painting classes for anyone who might want to know more about creating a “still life” -or- general movement, such as the dance encounter below that one dancer shared at an event we hosted at the NoHo Creative Space).
Although our performance preference would almost always be live and in person, the recent worldwide pandemic forced Artitude to think even further “outside-of-the-proverbial-box.” As we attempted to reinvent ourselves during a time of non-contact, we moved into the online performance realm through Zoom. It proved to be somewhat of a silver lining, and we are currently expanding into even more performances in this realm. We are also seeking a new Creative Space from which to continue the art exhibits, events, training and performances that are such a joy for us to administrate and orchestrate.

Artitude was formed to encourage people to treat others as they would want to be treated – using THE ARTS as the facilitator and communicator of that truth.
The world is riddled with division, mistrust, unforgiveness, and prejudice. There are justified and unjustified reasons behind all of this pain. Artists and musicians are, and have always been, vehicles to express the conscience and hope of the people. Artitude wants to highlight and promote hope through Art.
We want to encourage people to love others outside of their own groups and to learn to love their enemies.
Artitude’s audience is made up of four primary groups:
1. Artists.
Through creative Expos in collaboration with ZO Magazine, Artitude has connected with artists in over 170 Countries. These encounters have been through worldwide creative expos featuring art, photography, and poetry. These events are promoted online with modest awards to winners, in addition to publishing the winners and many of the entries in an archived online repository of creative work. We have sponsored these artistic events since 2014.
2. Young people 13-19 interested in the creative arts.
Expos described above have been exclusively targeted to teens between the ages of 13 and 19. In addition to these Expos, Artitude works with mentors to engage youth in art activities that will excite and teach them. All of these activities are designed to dialogue and brainstorm on ways to make the world a better place for us all.
3. Parents and teachers interested in encouraging the young people in their lives through art encounters and training programs.
Parents and teachers need support and help with programs that will spark young minds outside of traditional forums. Our international Expos give them a chance to view their work alongside others from all over the world. This very connectivity encourages a certain hope of better world relations and subsequently more peace of mind. Teachers have used our Expos as projects for their classes and encourage their students from year to year to participate.
4. Art Consumers.
Artitude is creating a “circle of creativity” as we create art products and work that is both created by those who work with our organization to use as support for the organization. These unique works of art serve several purposes. They attract attention to our cause and provide mementos that serve as promotion and financial support.
